About Khen Hopmans
Khen was born in 1982 in Etobicoke and raised in Mississauga. His father enrolled him in Judo at age 6. After training in Karate and Kickboxing, Khen was introduced to Kung Fu at age 14 — and immediately recognized it as the system with the depth he was looking for. With a focus on the Internal as well as the External, Kung Fu was the practice with the greatest potential for personal growth.

Paula brings years of dedicated martial arts training and a passion for teaching to All Masters Kung Fu. Her approachable style and technical expertise make her an invaluable part of the school's instruction team, working with students of all ages and skill levels.
